Is there a HU that plays MP3s burned to DVD?

Im curious if anyone has a HU that will play MP3s on a DVD. 4.5 gigs of mp3s per disc would be wonderful... I just wonder what type of display they would use, navigating the directories could be a *****.

I don't think it would work unless you have a DVD unit that can play MP3's...which I don't know even exists...
