Is the RE VLX 4DE any good

hey guy im looking at buying a Resonant Engineering VLX 4DE amp and wanted to get some opinions on it. Has anyone ever seen it clamped or have one i would like to hear from you before i jump in and buy it. thanks

My buddy has looked into getting one they have several months wait on them still, they are un-orderable as they are not in production. Not easy to get clamped power if they are not produced.
