Because of the high BL product, the sealed box volume virtually makes no difference on the frequency response of the system. In other words, there is not a box small enough which would house a TC-5200 to affect the response, therefore it’s most efficient to build the box as small as possible. Hm, so if I put them in a downfire box under my rear seat (extra cab silverado), which at most is 1cu.ft., I will need 4000 wrms each?

1500w will work, but you wont even come close to reaching the subs full capability.

4000W will do that no problem

i would recommend keeping your hd3's and investing in grammar lessons... btw- i wouldnt run a 5200 with any less than 3000 watts...
