is my amp powerful enough?

when we were selling comps at our store I think we sold them for something like 200 and some change.....I think but every now and then they would go on sale under 200. Do some research for yourself on the internet I have seen some really good comp prices.....just in case you didn't know go with 8 ohm parallel 'em and bridge the amp!

The formula is Square Root of your target Wattage Multiplied by Ohms. 50Wx4Ohms=200. Square root of 200 is 14.14. So 15v AC is your target.

No need to bypass the amp. Most use an LOC that takes the full amped signal and turns it into a flat RCA level signal. Here is the newest I have...

It would also be easy to add an equalizer to have individual rca inputs for all of the channels. A decent one can be had for less than $40...
