is my amp broken?

i got my new amp today again cause last time i got it broken and im wondering if it is again...i got my amp hooked it up and i was dinkin around with the knobs and if i turn every knob all the way up my sub has barely ne bass but my other amp is fine so is my new one broken or am i missing sumthan

Good god. Your amp isnt broken because you dont hear bass when all the nobs are down.
