Stupid question maybe. But the manual for my audison lrx 300.4 has bridged output numbers. However the manual for my 6 channel lrx surround does not list any bridged outputs (only 2 ohm stereo) ... I assume I can do it but don't wanna fry a nice amp. Can someone confirm this? I have a hard time believing the 4 channel can bridge but 6 channel cant.

Obviously I do not plan on bridging the center or woofer channel to anything. But i wanted to bridge my 2 hi pass and 2 low pass channels together.

Is it an LRx 6.9? This amp can be run in as few as 3 channels. Refer to the manual for instructions. http://www.audison.eu/download.php?file=assets/p_1315389321_audison_LRx6.9_manual_IT_EN.pdf&name=lrx_6.9_manual_manual
thx for the quick reply trumpet. unfortunaly it is not the 6.9. I believe the exact model is the lrx 6SR it was fabricated in 1998, so it is definately older. here is a link to the manual I found but it mentions nothing about bridging. on the second page it mentions ... Don’t connect –L and –R power outputs one to the other.... (not sure if this refers to bridging.)
