I dont think it would be cause you can drive trucks with only 2 windows. Or a cargo van for that matter. I think you only have to have clear visibility in the front two windows.

why would it? i've seen cars driving with the mirror tint here in oklahoma. that was several years ago (on a lancer). haven't seen anymore since then really. i just kno that you pay more cuz it's a "unique" tint. 5% here would've cost me $215 or $210. so i went with 15% for $165. still too light for my taste and our legal limit is 35% (which is bs cuz $165 for tint just a tad bit darker than non-tinted glass is a rip). never got pulled over once and been a month since it was done. have receipt with warranty in my glovebox.

Depends on the state's law. Search google for Ohio tint laws.
