This is probably the stupidest thing to do health wise. It's hard enough to do a 1 week on water, For a cleanse which can be healthy for your body, he is literally going to be putting nothing nutritional, and only artificial sugar along with chemical colorings, which his liver is going to kill him for doing. Not to mention he's going to get horrible aches and canker sores from all the acidity. First off, I don't understand why people think I'm going to get ****ed up from this. People fast for ****ing lint and shit. I've read that fasting rarely can help shit like eye sight, complexion, fight diseases, and even make you age slower. Now granted, I am drinking only Hawaiian Punch, it's not like I'm drinking a shit load. I think 1 day I drank 5 cans, but the rest of the time it was mostly 2-3, and I drink a shit load of water the rest of the day. Will I get sick? Maybe...but I'm guessing the most I'll do is throw up for a day or 2. But honestly, I don't think I'll get sick at all, as long as I play it safe when I come off this thing.
Anyways, this is day 7 and I'm feeling good. I made it a week without having any kind of illness except for a few headaches.

Today was employee lunch day (every Friday), and they made BBQ chicken, and meatball sandwiches.....i was pretty much pissed, so I drove to 7/11 and got a slurpee.

I also pood again this morning. It was still brown, but it came out in like...a million pieces. A little weird, but I didn't feel it was worth a picture or anything. I was a little disappointed, cause some people that did the master cleanse said they pood green goo...so I guess I was expecting red goo

I have a week left, and it feels like a million years away...but I have no intention of giving up.
