is it worth hooking up old amp?

speakers: alipne type s 50 watts rms each running off head unit

head unit: kenwood kdc something 18 watts rms

amp: an old tis audio t510pk

is it worth hooking up this amp i have lying around until i get something better which could be a month or 2.. or am i better off leaving it out?

ALMOST any external amp will be better then HU power. Put it in, it might surprise you.

my boss tricked me into giving him the wire.. dumb boss!!!...now i need some rcas, turn on lead, power, ground, and a distro and some speaker wire!!! shop on!
