Idmax10d2 need recone can buy for $180 or buy new for $350. Does anyone know someone who recones sub or should i just buy a new sub. Im running 2 on a zx25001.1 @2ohm thanks for your suggestions

That sounds horribly expensive for a recone unless you're using some very exotic or elite parts.

No just replacement from image dynamics. And how hard is it to do, looks like you jost unscrew the top part of woofer and drop it in. I could be wrong. Also what other subs can be used and perform the same with same amount of power for less than the cost to recone or new woofer?

One of the easiest recones you can do no glue just screws I'd just get the recone

DC recones are 175 so 180 isn't out of the normal

i did 1 but popped the top plate and bored out. the gap is soooooo tight. think the pole was 1.985"
