Is it worth for small step DSP upgrade from Zapco Z8 IV to Zapco Z8 IV II ?

Thinking about DSP upgrade from Zapco to Zapco as topic just only more convenient of usage from Mobile App.

In term of SQ, is it worth upgrading?

I think, my current Z8 IV one still can be sold at acceptable price and fill in a bit money for Z8 IV II.

What is bad about Zapco especially compare to Helix DSP Pro MK2? Price is almost the same and I'm considering between these 2 for upgrading
