is it possible to transfer a stock stero focus stero to a caravan?

i know this is an odd question. We just got a new dodge caravan(99) today. it doesn't have a cd player(only tape deck). I was wondering if it was is it possible to transfer a stock stero from a ford focus(2002) to the new dodge caravan(99)? i will be getting a new stero and kinda didn't want the van to have a better stero then the car did. so swaping the stero sounds simple. But now i need to know can it be done. also would it be hard to get the stero's out? only have exp changing stero's from chevey cars.

what is the best option to do here. get an after market stereo for the caravan or try to find a used stock stereo for the van. All i've been seeing is stock stereo with no cd play.

Sounds like you answered your own question then...lol buy an aftermarket

now only if i could switch the stereo. i had to spend money on the van sound system when only the kids and wife will be using it. they won't notice the differance. blah. now to find a cheap aftermarket one
