Ok was gonna try the suggestion of cutting the hole bigger for my infinity 4X6's to fit into my 96 sierra with a jigsaw and a blade that will cut through metal(magnet is much bigger then the stock so doesnt fit). Now if i cut it bigger and it fits will it be a problem if any of the frame is touching any part of the magnet?

As long as you can get the speaker in for a good seal, it will be fine. Make a spacer if necessary.
