If you do call up to order, be nice to the people that answer. Don't ***** at them because "their" site doesn't work. Don't demand money from them... Being courtious will get you want you want.

... this is coming from someone at the other end of the line... not PE...

But I can tell you, you will be happy with parts express. I have placed many orders with them. On my very first order, I got a coupon for $20 in free shipping. Next time I called in to use the coupon, the CSR looked it up my account for me and gave me the discount (after I placed the order online).
