Is it fine for Amp rms > speaker rms?

its ok for the amp to be more powerful than the speakers...just set the gains properly...and as long as its not all to overpowering...you wouldnt want 250wrms going into a speaker that handles only 60 or 70wrms

yeah that should be fine...what speakers are you using...as for the settings and whatnot...you can usually tell by ear if its too high...if its too high the speakers will sound like crap...one way to do it is by setting all the boosts on the amp to the lowest...turn the head unit all the way up(or to where u know ull never go any higher)...and then adjust the knobs until u hear something bad...then lower it down...and adjust it a bit lower...im sure there are other ways to do it but this way seems to work for me

ooh...nice stuff...ive never really mixed speakers like that but they seem ok...a good four channel amp should be fine for that...just an fyi...phoenix gold has component rsds if u were interested...as for an amp...ive never used this but a lot of people like an elemental designs nine.4..ill look for some other ones

hmm old school ppi amps, old school hifonic amps, ed nine.4, the mb quart amp u listed are some good choices...i cant really think of the rest right now...and from what i hear...the pg rsd comps are really great sounding speakers...u shud try to match that with ure 2 way pg rsd for the back...plus its cheaper than focal
