Is It Even Worth It?

I recently pulled out the stock deck in my Protege5 and installed an Alpine CDE-9852 ( http://www.alpine-usa.com/en/products/product.php?model=CDE-9852 )

I am happy with the sound, but, I could use some clearer highs and some lower lows. Would it even be worth it to switch out the stock components for better ones?

If you think it would be worth it, what components would you reccomend?

if you want cleaner highs and lower lows i would say you need new speakers. if you decided to switch them out what would your buget be? that would help decide what you can put in

I am going to be powering them off my headunit (no amp)...so I have a bit of play in how much I can dedicate to the speakers. so....I guess
