HUH?
What has changed? You still have the same shielded RCA's, 12v battery, an Alternator, same size wires, same grounding issues, same interference issues, blah blah blah. Nothing significant has changed in 12v car electrical charging systems since that article was written 23 yrs ago. Whether it is a ground loop whine or a emf hiss, the problems and solutions have not changed.
