It's overpriced for 2 low power 12s and a 500 watt amp to push them.

Did they just throw the 300/4 in there or are there components for that as well?

If it's worth it to you, then it's not over priced, simple as that.

You more than likely could get more output/better stuff by shopping online, but you won't have the JL "wow" factor which might be important to you...
