if you are worried about it, put some rubber circles under the mounting tabs on the amp. before you screw it down.

well i thought of making a rack for each amp(2intotal) and glue it on the box so it isnt directly screwed on the box, and that is a good idea!! thx azbass

get a mesh grill and mount your amps on top of that and screw that down onto the box, install a couple of fans under the grills as well
