:sigh: I guess I'll have to explain it.

Senior year I was going out with this girl for the sole purpose of getting into her pants. Around late April early May I succeed and proceeded to dump her less the 24 hours later. Graduation comes and I move 3 hours away. Getting rid of all contact with her. Well I move around, ended up in Florida, then returned back here and got my job as LP.

So one winter's day it's pretty quiet in the store and I notice my ex in the store with a small child. Obviously this peaked my interest. I then called one of the cashiers and asked her to get as much info about her and the baby as possible. i find out the baby was 2, which would've placed conception right at the time I nailed her.

So I thought for awhile and decided to track her down and ask her. Long story short, the child was mine.

However, she had a new BF, and the new BF signed the birth certificate as the father, and had raised the child since birth, so the kid thinks this BF is her father. Well the ex lets me see the kid for a little while, then she all of the sudden says she is going to UNC and moves to North Carolina. I hear nothing from her, then I get wind from some friends that she is back in Michigan. Well I track her down again. She tells me she wants nothing to do with me. The kid is now 3 and calling this new BF daddy. I figured in the best interest of the kid, I let her go with him as a father since he has been with her since birth and has raised the kid. It would only make things worse by me entering the picture, especially when neither is willing to participate. The our lawyers drafted some document that said I would waive any rights to gaining custody, and she would waive any rights to backed child support. After that I tried to make efforts to visit her, and they were totally being uncooperative about it.

So there are the basics.

I just hope you don't get ****ed and have her come looking for child support in like 10 years I am pretty sure they can do that shit now.. That being said at 18 I would have probably done the same thing.
