IS Elemental Dimensions just cheap products and thats all?

I noticed a lot of people are recommending elemental design products (both amps and subs) on here. I am not familiar with the company myself so naturally i feel a bit apprehensive in purchasing from them despite high recommendations. Is this a company that produces economicaly priced products for people on a constrained budget or is it this and a company that actually produces some awesome stuff that is comparable if not better then store-sold brands such as fosgate, pheonix gold, ppi, xtant ect?

They are so proud of their product, and have the confidence to have a 30 day satisfaction warranty on most, MOST of their products. They are cheap because you are buying them at factory direct prices, and they could sell for plenty more if you bought from an authorized dealer. If you read about the company you'll see that they want to make a good product, at an even better price.

As posted on your other replies, ED is a well-respected company by people who know car audio well. It's won more than a few trophies, and set various world records. Quality of ED products and customer satisfaction is quite overwhelming. It's a rather young company, but is growing at an alarming rate. No, it's not a company that offer stuff for budget-conscious consumers. Sure, their equipments are cheaper than mainstream. I highly suggest that if you're gonna buy them, buy them before prices rise.

I've turned to a convert from a hardcore RF fan to an eD enthusiast even before listening to the subs. Hey, so many people can't be wrong at once.

Heh im almost sold on this ed equipment! I am just highly skeptical of 1) not seeing hte product beforehand 2)basing my purchase solely off online comments. I think i've been weened out of purchasing fosgate products
