Is $60 an hour for a installer a good rate?

man i could make some serious cheese from folks...

 
In this industry, I have been in both positions before. Independent installer and employee of an installation shop. I can tell you that doing it on your own is much more rewarding and you make a lot more money.

Finding a great installer and paying him $40-$75 per hour is about right for any type of install job.

 
He is MEPC certified.

And was ranked by Mobile Electronics as:

‘Top 10 Installer in the Nation’

And

Member of the Top Installation Team in the Country
