actually, i have a trophy to prove it, not to mention a couple of people on here know how nice that setup was, and the numbers it put up. DRU, before you jump on someone's shit about false claims, and blah,blah, understand there is people on here who have done things. The show was at das on s.lynnhaven, about 3 years ago. db drag comp, if i look hard enough i can probably find the judge sheet. I won 3 trophies that year, 2 db drag and a meca, also that year i placed a record for the trunk class for db drag. I have been in comps for years, not to mention being a sound quality competitor this year.Let's see your trophies buddy.ma audio is a good sub, that setup hit hard due to the fact the box cost me 1200 custom built from discount. i could have put some jensen's in and burped a 140 i bet,lol. ma audio makes a pretty reliable speaker. I prefer jl's though, they are a tough speaker, i am currently running a L7 and it is trash. I'm probably going to end up with a w7 before summer

I am running an MA Audio 800 watt mono amp. It hits pretty hard considering its in a small *** sealed box.
And you say MA audio is crap? but everyone I know has MA Audio. Never blown a speaker or an amp???? When before that we had RF amps and JL subs.. The JL subs blew? the amp gave out after 2 years? Had a DEI 1000w amp. That was the strongest amp I had ever seen.. Pushed the MA's way better then the MA amp. But it blew too... Ma amps are made to last..

A buddy of mine had 2 MA 10's in the back of a neon with only 400w running to each... he hit a 137. That seems pretty respectable to me for a subs that are rated at 800w a piece.

he blew the amps due to clipping/overdriving them. wtf. and if he can't PROVE that he won comps, he's bullshitting.

people talk on the internet. until we see proof, i'm calling bullshit. and 400w with 2 10's hit a 137? doesn't sound right to me...and he says L7's are trash...what a ****ing tool.

some people are ignorant and proclaim one certain brand and won't ever change cuz it "hits hard" and bashes everything else just cuz they haven't heard it.
