How do seedboxes exactly work? I have probably 30-40 torrents in my library most of the time none of them seeding. When they do seed it can get up to 110kb/s (connection limited). Would a seedbox allow me to exceede my 110kb/s seed rate and would it be doing anything if no torrents are seeding? I really have no idea what a seedbox is.

A seed box is a dedicated server basically. You essentially add your uploads there and seed them. They have a much faster connection. Typically you can rent a good seed box for $25-$40 per month. Alot of the premier users on private sites use them. Its almost impossible to get a good ratio without them.
