I seed a ton of things. I know what torrents are I just don't know what seeding is. I'm assuming its people are able to download things essentially "through" you.

I've never heard of IPT. And I don't know how to make a computer screen shot. But I added up the amount of data that I have seeded. I have seeded more than 125GBS of what I currently have sitting on my utorrent.
