ipod question

alrighty i just made the plunge and bought a 2gb nano. and now being the caraudio enthousiest(spellin) that i am i want to get the car kit. i have a clarion cd player model is in my sig. and i want this http://cgi.ebay.com/CLARION-EA1251-CeNET-to-iPod-Nano-Mini-Interface-NEW_W0QQitemZ130008253615QQihZ003QQcategoryZ14932QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem . my question is i already have my sirius tuner runing threw my cenet. i know it has a cenet pass threw on it so would i just run the other cenet from the sirius tuner to the ipod interface and it all work like my sirius when i want it and my ipod when i have it hooked up or do i need this http://clarion.com/us/en/products/2006/audio/accessories/CCA519/us-en-product-pf_1132912142805.html. or is there another way to do this.
