I am going to be building a fiberglass enclosure pretty soon and plan on putting 2 12'' RE SE's in it. Should i invert them? Basically the subs will be pointing slightly towards the wheel wells(not directly at them, that would look ridiculous, but you get what i mean) with an amp rack in the middle...are the SE's sexy enough to invert? Would it make the system sound any different?

I would only invert if you were running into space problems where the displacement being taken out is going to give you the correct space requirements that you need. I guess what I am saying it, no, do not invert unless you are worried about suffocating your subs.

EDIT: Although the *** of the SEs is pretty sexy.

And your reasoning for not inverting subs unless you need the space is...?
