what kind of led's? Plug them into the sockets where the factory bulbs are?
what kind of LED's? if there is just two wires then wire them one wire to negative and then one wire to positive with a switch in the circuit. really easy.

You need resistors too. If you just wire up an LED to your 12volt battery it will blow it...
most led's that are built for 12volt applications come with resistors built in.

They do not have built in resistors...regular all use application LED's need their power resisted or they will blow

I just bought 1,000 red LED's off ebay for 13$ //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gif gunna light my car up inside - first thoughts include inside doors around speaker (speaker glowing) then inside airvents (if I can figure out how to take my dash apart) and under my dash...then I dunno what I'll do with the rest....
