interier rattles

i have a single 10" concept sup with a 600w kenwood amp. the sub is soundin good, but all of this is inside a mazda 92 ex cab truck, what can i do about the rattles of the panels and stuff?

buy sound deadening mat, (dynamat, brown bread, etc.)

ok, but how do i put brown bread and stuff in my truck? the subs are in the extended cab part, like do i just put them over the outside of the walls and stuff???

you have to put it on the sheet metal under all the panels where the rattles

are.you may have to do most of the inside,(doors,extended cab,etc.)

ok, what is the last post talking about this? i cant find it on here? and what do you mean sheet metal? please explain the process. thanx a bunch!

you take the door panels and what ever else off and stick the stuffto the metal

under the panels. first titen all the screws up to where your going to apply

it to. go to any audio shop and look and read about the products.
