no, not at all, just make sure they're not cheap as sh1t. usually on the side panels there are plastic covers that protect the existing wiring already present. just run them thru there and you'll be fine.

ha it'll be so much easier. but i dont wanna rip it apart if it fails ya kno?

it'll be harder to wire it across the cabin to the other side.

 
You don't get noise like that

Even if you twisted your RCAs and power wire together you won't get any noise.

That rule was true about 15 years ago when shielded RCAs were unheard of

 
At the shop when we do installs, rcas/speaker wires/power wire/remote are all bundled together and zip tied up and ran as one....not a single problem
