Well they did it. As expected. The FED made a .25% - 3.75% increase in interest rates. Better pay of those CC.

I would figure with the hurricanes hurting oil...coupled with legislation that already increased minimum payment on credit card and student loans, they would pause for a quater to just to let the economy rebound a little more. I think this was a bad call. They are thinking too long term.

Yes. The federal funds rate(Libor) has been increased a quarter percent(from 3.5 to 3.75 per cent). The discount rate increased to 4.75% per cent.
