the reason they could give you for why you have no money and could end up owing them, is the interest rate. i wouldn't do it. take that 100 bucks put it into your savings account. it might only earn 1% but that's a gaurantee of 1%.

boy i wish i was rich enough to just be able to throw out 100$ and call it nothing...I wouldn't risk 20$ with those ****heads. They already cost me enough

Just stuff that I sell on ebay. It may not even get up to $100, but thats a MAX. I dont keep much in my account, but if I received a little interest, I may keep a little in there.

It takes a average of your monthly balance. Doesnt matter how much is in there at the end of the month.

So the longer it sets in there the more i will make in return right? But, I will still yield a little return just by accecpting paypal, correct?

Its averaged at the end of every month. If you leave a large amount in there throughout the month, then your payout will be higher. Just by accepting paypal wont amount for anything, especially if you take it out immediately upon receiving it.
