Installing Speakers with Large mounting depth in doors

I was wondering how everyone with larger speakers, such as CDT Eurosports or Rainbow Germaniums, are able to fit them in your doors, while maintaining a stealth look. Im going to be buying some new speakers, but Im worried there going to interfere with the window going down. I already have a MDF baffle made but I still dont think its going to be enough for clearance. So what does everyone else do to provide enough clearance?

Jeff, the mounting depth for your doors is at least 2.5". I'm gonna check with Crutchfield tomorrow to see if I can get an exact number. But an MDF baffle + 2.5" mounting depth means you shouldn't have any issues with whatever you decide to go with.

Would there be any problems if I make another baffle to go on my current one? that would give me another 3/4 of an inch to work with. Anyone here done that before?
