The issues I'm having is that my HU works, but now my rear defogger and tail lights don't work.

I was able to identify the vehicle wires, but what wires do I connect them to coming off my HU?

Also right next the dark green wire for my defogger is another black wire, what do I connect that to? Do I assume it's a ground and just run it to some metal in my car?

Thanks for the help yall!

It's not the fuse. I just need to know what to connect the tail light wire to. As well as the dash wire and defogger.

Problem solved. It was a blown fuse. Now all the lights work and so does the defogger.

Thanks CrossoverOre & Trumpet!
