Installing H/U in Mazda 3?

Hi all,

How hard is it to install a H/U in a new Mazda 3? The factory stereo is fully integrated into the dash, it looks like it would be quite a job to pull it out and put in a nice Pioneer deck.

Has anyone successfully managed this?
