Installing an Isolator questions and fuses?

I'm running about 1300 Watts of stereo and putting a 1400 Kenetic in the rear by the amps. I am going to install a Isolator first, batteries will be separate so I won't accidentally drain my starter battery.

I haven't done the Big 3 yet, and the Isolator only lets 70Amps through(and I just have a stock replacement alternator, I doubt it even puts out that much at any time), would I notice any difference?

What wires should I fuse when I put it in? I think I'll use 4 Gauge from Alt to the Isolator, then 4 gauge to rear and 4 gauge to front batteries. I am using 150A from the Isolator to the stereo, would it be better if I moved that between the Alt and Isolator? The Isolator only lets 70Amps through, so will I even need a fuse anywhere after the Alt?

And for my rear battery, my 4 Channel and Mono Amp both take 4 Gauge, do I need to fuse these, or should my amps be fine with since they have fuses in them?

As for my Battery ground, I think I'll go with 1/0 Gauge
