If the power wire you ran is big enough just buy a distrobution block and run a second power wire from the block to the new amp. you will still have to run new RCAs and ground, and you can just split your remote turn-on. Ground the new amp to where the other amp is grounded.

maybe that will help you figure out how to install another amp.....
