Installing a full system...what wire to buy?

I will be installing the following amps:

Phoenix Gold R 8.0:4 Pushing about 75 w per channel at 4 ohms

Phoenix Gold R 8.0:1 Pushing about 750 w to my subs at 2 ohms

Can someone suggest the amp kits I should buy?

Also, to let you know, the PG Octane series are very overrated. They are not like any of the other quality PG made products.

I've been there but all the different gauges confuse me slightly. Also, I may not have my two amps in the same location. My car came with a speaker amp under the passenger seat and I plan to place my speaker amp there to make wiring easier if it fits. Do I need to run two power wires to the battery? Can I run one and split it? I've only ever hooked up one amp before and I used a 4 gauge kit.

You can use a 4G for your needs. You can also run 1 wire from the battery to the back of your car and hook it up to a fuse distro block. Then run those two wires to your amp.

I would not suggest that you remove your factory amp, as there are a lot of things that are routed through there aside from your radio.

Such as what? This is a factory Bose system and I plan to remove the Bose amp.

A 4 gauge power wire will be enough for all the power I will need? I thought for sure I would have to go to 2 gauge.
