No Best Buy doesn't hire scrubs to install... I know you have to completed some tests and get certification at my Best Buy to do installs. Plus if they do mess anything up they cover it. They cover anything that goes wrong with your system due to improper installation. Which is pretty good. I would've went with Pat myself but I want the system in ASAP.

they'll reinstall in another car for me for free.

WRONG!!! They will removie it out of your car for free, but will charge you to re-install into a new car. I know this because i work at Best buy. But we do have our "lifetime workmanship guarantee." If ya eva have a problem, let em know right away and MAKE them fix it!

Ah ok, I misread information about it, the information I was reading pertained to installing CD Decks and reinstalling the factory ones for no charge. Thanks for clarifying.
