most likely just a cable that attaches directly to both since they're both Kenwood. Call Kenwood directly and tell them what you have and they'll tell you what cable you need.

Does your HU support a CD changer? If so you need the adapter to allow the HU to control the changer. You'll prob. also need power and ground, like an amp...... Never installed one.
