Installation with wires already installed

OK, so I have the wiring kit already installed in my car from a previous installation. Basically there are wires sticking out for an amplifier and for two subwoofers. I now have 2 Kicker CVR 10s and a Power Acoustik PS2-1600, what should I do. I know I don't have a 40 amp fuse or whatever it's called (forgive me, I'm somewhat of a n00b). Any help is appreciated.
