Installation question

Hey guys I'm new to alarm installations and I'm wondering how hard it is to. I want to learn cause I know a couple people who want them installed...so what's the learning curve on this? I do have experience with car audio installations, headunits, amps, subs, and basically all the wiring. Is installing alarms(and possibly autostarters) any harder?

btw i'm new here =)

just learn to be as neat as you can... what kind of cars are they on? honda's are usually the easiest i've come across so far... newer gm's are a pain with all their data bus systems like door locks... and weird places their ignition harnesses go... tape yours wires in pairs that route together... use a lot of 3m electrical tape... zip ties... and learn how to strip wires well... and solder

Every car is different in what it takes. GM and Ford, as well as Toyota and Dodge, Honda, etc...are all different. That is why the learning curve on these installs is quite steep. I have done bunches, in fact, i do it for a living. So, if you can give me some specific questions, i can help ya out.
