So I installed a bunch of stuff this weekend...Ive set the gains properly...

Company RMS:

Front stage: CDT CL 61a's.... 110 RMS Im giving them 120 RMS

Rear Stage: CDT 6x's rated 40 RMS/80 MAX.. giving them 40 RMS

Powered by a kicker 650.4, wow this simply sounds amazing. I know their is much better stuff out there but this 100% satisfies me. The bass response is sooo much better than I thought it was going to be. Deadening my doors was WELL worth it.

Anyways here are a few pics of the finished deadning job... and the pics of the installation of the CDT's

Im going to post 2 times to show all pics

looks nice-I would have put the crossovers somewhere else though-still looks nice! Im thinking of buying a set myself
I was thinking about putting them somewhere else but honestly I just didnt want to go through the hassle of mounting them inside the doors or something, I dont think they look THAT bad, but its not the greatest install. I love my CDT's GREAT deal for $100 flat

Yo... i'm back.
If you ever wanna borrow some tools man, hit me up!

Ofcourse u'd be heald liable.... but yea! Let me know neighbor!
definately I will let you know if I ever need anything, you have a # I can contact you at?

Dude you really have come so far.
Great first attempt!!!!!

You will be so much happier with this then what you had before.
Oh I already am sooooo much happier compared to what I had before. With just the speakers and no sub yet(because the L7 is in the back in the box but hifisoundconnection sent me a defective amp) It sounds like I have an 8 inch sub in the rear thats how good the bass response is.

I cant WAIT until I have an amp to power my L7.

is this the first construction and install where nobody has anything negative to say??? woooo hoo! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Looks darn good for the first attempt! I had to put my crossovers in the actual door because I couldn't get the wires to run through the door correctly (barely fit one set). Love the speakers though! Let me know how they do on 120rms, I've heard the tweets shut off because of thermal problems on the crossover.

Thanks...I will let you know how they run on 120rms...I hope my tweets dont shut off... but then again I wont be listening to it at full blast all day everyday. When setting the gains at 22acv 45/50 volume....anything over 40 really doesnt sound that good... and 40 volume is LOUD
