Infrasonic on 1000/1

I was just wondering if i should be using this? And what exactly does it do?

Its currently set to off and im just using the amps LP filter. And its pushing two 10w7's. Would using the infrasonic give an advantage? (ie. better sound quality?)

Sorry if its been asked before.. i looked and could find exactly what it does.

It blocks extremely low freqs from going to the woofers. Turn it off if the box is sealed, set it to the tuning freq of the box if you are ported.
