Infinity Basslink - anyone here with experience?

I am looking to add a bit of bass to my 2000 Mustang GT, and I was considering the Infinity Basslink. Space is an issue. I was going to fire the sub from the side of the trunk - will this decrease "loudness" significantly? How do these things sound anyhow?

Thanks

I just installed one in my G37 a few days ago

Im actually impressed with it.

It gets the low notes better than you would think.

It gets somewhat loud and can easily shake your mirrors.

I think you will like it.

Its small, easy to install, and actually sounds decent.

You will be impressed by how much sound is coming out of the little .75 cube enclosure.

not good, you probably wont hear it, your muffler will be louder
have you tried the basslink?

I've heard the original Basslink in a customer's car briefly. He installed it himself. I thought it got plenty loud, and it was off to one side of the trunk. If you put it into one of the back corners you'll take advantage of corner loading, which is also what Bazooka recommends for their bass tubes.

i have seen them, and checked them out, but never owned one. a diamond m3 8" @75wrms shakes my mirrors, and gives a little bit of a back massage in the factory box of my 01 tahoe. don't think you can go wrong if the cost is good and you just want some decent bass, but i would weigh it against cost of a little q-form like corner 8"-10" and amp
