I don't know about them, but authorized dealers have to record and keep on file what serial numbers they have sold.

mine had no dents and no scratches to my knowledge but that one is pob mine with the small scratch

they are saying they cant give out serial number

That's because they don't know it. They aren't authorized and can't get warranty work done, so they have no need to record the #s.

i basically just had it out on the phone with the guy very sarcastic and poor customer service i wanted to cuss the guy out so fing bad if he was infront of me right now i would of beat the shitt out of him

saying that ohh we only make 5 bucks on an amp and u shouldnt complain bout how long it takes blah blah
