Yes it does ****. I got sprayed when in police training from a foot away, **** did it piss me off. I started yelling instantly, my trainer screams "NOT ME", he thought I was going to attack him and not the guys I was supposed to.... The new pepper spray that we have is no longer a water based solution that for the most part splatters off of you when it hits, it comes out as a stream and then turns to foam and sticks to you. It was great learning how to use it, drew my initials on my partners face with it from 15 feet away (using the inert training solution)....just cruel and unusual punishment. Now though, at least if I am faced with it and have to use it in the course of duty, I know what to expect from me using it and someone using it on me. The pepper spray we are certified to use carries a scoville rating of over 5,000,000 units and is based on pure Capsaicin. It is a controlled substance and a prohibited weapon in Canada.

I have only tried one thing to hot for me, I was on my way back from cali to FL, and stopped in NM, little store and a DG something about come see the "thing" still no idea what the hell the "thing" is as I tried some hot sauce and lets say I jumped to the front of the line at DQ and sucked down a mike shake.. LOL
I bought 3 bottles of it I have used 3 drops in a chilli and MY GOD IT WAS SUPER HOT.. One drop on a chip is all you need. I can get a pic if anyone wants one.. I have made grown men come to there knees with this shit. I am like of check out this sauce and dump it on.. LOL I am an ***, there are crying for like 30min...

Reminds me of this place called Breakers(its on the beach, hence the name) in New Smyrna FL. They have inferno Wings. The hottest wings ive ever had. They also make one hell of a burger.
