Indash or wheels/tires

So my new car should be here this weekend. My Clifford 3.5 RSX alarm is coming in today (its out for delivery //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif ) and my wiring should be in this weekend also. So far that's all I have.

I got a nice early bday present from my gma so I have money now.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/up2something.gif.dd110ecf3ae4b76050d87598f2f8de7c.gif My question is should I get my D310 (hopefully with H701) or some 18's and tires?

I won't be able to "complete" my audio anytime soon but I can start out with getting the D310. Amps, speakers/subs come later..
