indash LCD screen

i know there been couple of problems with indash tv where they get interference, like white static lines going up and down the screen while playing video games or watching dvd, etc. well i search and someone said wrap a wire to the video cable and ground the wire, they said it works. Has anyone done this before or i have got rid of this problem before

They're using the farraday cage way of removing interference. Sometimes it works, the issue is how big the gaps are. It's often used for excluding radio types of interference from high precision scientific instruments.

If you were to attempt this, you might be better off with a light gauge wire gauze.

it doesnt happen to everyone with lcd screen it happen to some, so has anyone experience this problem before
