ok..,..budget is about $600 tops, wanna keep it around 500+

want a flip out TV, perferably touchscreen but if not not totally nessessary, needs front rear, and sub (2 sub outs not 1 + center channal). needs to have at least decent SQ, not looking for TOP TOP eclipse level SQ but something decent. has to do DVD/mp3's. and the newer the better but will buy used if in good condition.
